Que o MEC providencie a curto prazo, a institucionalização do PNBU e garanta seu funcionamento; II. Que a Secretaria Executiva do PNBU produza e divulgue um boletim corrente noticiando suas atividades; III. Que o tema central do 79 SNBU seja Avaliação; IV. Que a Secretaria Executiva do PNBU denuncie a crítica situação de pessoa nas bibliotecas das IES e apresente soluções urgentes para o problema; V.
