http://repositorio.febab.libertar.org/files/original/50/5576/SNBU2018_103.pdf b2c4f8c86d2c0191369af06b83077036 PDF Text Text Eixo I - Inovação e Criação AÇÕES DE REESTRUTURAÇÃO DA BIBLIOTECA VIRTUAL EM SAÚDE PREVENÇÃO E CONTROLE DE CÂNCER (BVS) RESTRUCTURING ACTIONS OF THE VIRTUAL LIBRARY ON HEALTH CANCER PREVENTION AND CONTROL (VHL) Modalidade da Apresentação: Pôster Resumo: A construção da Biblioteca Virtual Prevenção e Controle de Câncer (BVS) é um projeto coordenado pelo Centro Latino-Americano e do Caribe de Informação em Ciências da Saúde (BIREME), da Organização Pan-americana da Saúde (OPAS)/ Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS), sob a liderança do Instituto Nacional de Câncer José Alencar Gomes da Silva (INCA). O trabalho apresenta a dinâmica de reestruturação da BVS. Aponta as iniciativas desenvolvidas e aplicadas para aprimorar a gestão e governança com o objetivo de fortalecer sua rede. A rede cooperativa BVS, formada por instituições usuárias, intermediárias e produtoras de informação, desenvolve suas atividades através de um modelo de governança que atua em ampliar o fluxo de informação científica e técnica na temática. Destaca o compromisso das instituições cooperantes em garantir a qualidade do conteúdo, a continuidade e atualização permanente de suas fontes de informação, possibilitando a consistência e consolidação da BVS como referência para outras iniciativas da Rede BVS, bem como ter um papel primordial de facilitar o acesso à informação significativa e de qualidade na área e de ser um espaço planejado de discussão e excelência de profissionais e interessados no tema de Prevenção e Controle de Câncer. Abstract: The creation of the Virtual Library for Prevention and Control of Cancer (VHL) is a project coordinated by the Latin American and Caribbean Center for Health Sciences Information (BIREME), Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) / World Health Organization (WHO), under the leadership of the National Cancer Institute José Alencar Gomes da Silva (INCA). The paper presents the restructuring dynamics of the VHL. It points 1171 �out the initiatives developed and applied to improve management and governance in order to strengthen its network. The VHL cooperative network, made up of user, intermediary and information-producing institutions, develops its activities through a governance model that works to broaden the flow of scientific and technical information on the subject. It highlights the commitment of the cooperating institutions to guarantee the content quality, continuity and permanent updating of their information sources, ensuring the consistency and consolidation of the VHL as a reference for other initiatives of the VHL Network, as well as having a primary role of facilitating access to significant and quality information in the area and to be a planned space for discussion and excellence of professionals and interested in the topic of Cancer Prevention and Control.
