A Biblioteca Central USP Ribeirã em gerenciadores de referências na utilização do EndNote e Mendeley. Através de pesquisa quantitativa, buscou-se encontrar indicadores sobre as atividades e identificar o perfil dos participantes a partir dos dados das fichas de inscrições (pesquisa documental). Foram sete sessões de treinamentos durante cinco dias e em dois períodos (manhã e tarde), com capacidade total para 105 participantes (15 vagas por sessão). Com 65 inscrições (60 antecipadas - via internet e cinco presenciais - no dia e local do evento), a taxa de presença foi de 78,5% (51 participantes) e o público predominante foi de alunos de pós-graduação. Também foram analisados alguns dados sobre gênero e categorias dos participantes em relação à população do campus da Universidade de São Paulo em Ribeirão Preto/SP e com dados acadêmicos do Brasil. Identificou-se que o perfil dos participantes dos treinamentos foi de aluno de pós-graduação, do sexo feminino, que se inscreveu pela internet e com preferência pelo período vespertino. Abstract: The "20th Book and Library Week" promoted by the Integrated Library System of the University of São Paulo with the theme "Knowledge and practices in the context of scientific information", included events held in the System libraries. The Central Library USP Ribeirão Preto carried out "Training in reference managers" for user training in the use of EndNote and Mendeley. Through quantitative research, we sought to find indicators about the activities and to identify the profile of the participants based on data from the registration forms (documentary research). There were seven training sessions during five days and two periods (morning and afternoon), with a total capacity of 105 participants (15 seats per session). With 65 registrations (60 in advance - via the internet and five presential - on the day and place of the event), the attendance rate was 78.5% (51 participants) and the predominant audience was graduate students. We also analyzed some data about gender and categories of participants in relation to the University of São Paulo campus population of Ribeirão Preto / SP and Brazilian academic data. It was identified that the profile of the training participants was of graduate student, female, that was registered by Internet and with preference for the afternoon period.
